|Spinach, Feta and Mushroom Quichettes

1 clove garlic
2-3 teaspoons butter
1/3 cup mushrooms (chopped into small pieces)
1/2 packet fresh spinach
2-3 tablespoons crumbled feta
2 teaspoons cream
2 sheets flaky puff pastry
salt and pepper to taste
a little gratde cheese to top with.
Melt butter in frying pan. Add garlic, saute for about 1 minute. Add mushrooms, cook for 3 minutes. Add spinach, cook until wilted.
Cut rounds out of pastry sheets, and line muffin tins. Add spoonfuls of spinach mixture, top with feta.
Whisk together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Spoon over cases. Top with grated cheese.
Bake in preheated 200oC oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden.
