|Leek, Bacon and Mustard Pasta Sauce

1 onion, chopped
2 rashers of bacon, chopped
1 large leek, sliced
2 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1 pot, about 250g of sour cream
Saute the onions in olive oil until tender. Add bacon, and continue to saute. Add leek, and cook until leek is tender. Add mustard and sour cream, Stir through until heated.
Serve with pasta.
